HR Boot CamP
Human Resources (HR) Boot Camp is a small-group training program that is helpful to businesses and nonprofits of every size. Even very small organizations can benefit from learning these foundational areas of HR:
This course is eligible for continuing education credits and recertification credits for Louisiana CPAs, CFPs, and CIAs (6 hours).

Succession planning Workshop
Succession planning, or preparing employees for new leadership roles, isn't just for family businesses or c-suite positions. Identifying the employees who can take on new roles, preparing them to do so, and facilitating their success has become critical for staffing most leadership positions in organizations today. This interactive workshop led by Dr. Marcia Dickerson and Dr. Kirk Ring is intended to help your organization assess your succession planning needs, implement developmental activities to boost succession success, and evaluate your efforts. Pairs or teams from organizations are encouraged to attend, as we facilitate small group work specific to your company.
