Summer of Systems
As a management professor and HR consultant, I see the same problems land on HR's desk again and again. So, I'm spending the summer working to address this by building something I've wanted to create for years.
Most of the HR professionals I work with don't need another framework, another article, or another webinar. They need an actual system, something to deploy right away, for the problems that keep landing on their desk. So I'm building a small library of those, one at a time, throughout the summer.
Each one is a complete done-for-you system: video tutorials, customizable forms, manager training kits, the legal context, and (when it makes sense) a few hours of one-on-one help from me to get it set up at your specific organization. No long videos when you need a 2-minute answer. No cohort or community to join. Just the thing, ready to use.

When will these systems be ready?
I'm aiming for one new system every 4-6 weeks, through the summer and fall of 2026, with the order shaped by what the quiz tells me people need the most.

Yes! Every system has a team plan that includes a multi-user license, brand customization rights, and one-on-one setup hep from me. If your needs go beyond what I have in place, I can design a system for your organization.
