Partner Work

I co-lead Relay Strategic Advisors with Dr. Kirk Ring, where we help executive teams (especially founder-led and family-owned firms) build succession depth through advisory work. Our signature offering is our Succession Planning Audit. This framework addresses both the big picture (mission, vision, and strategy) and the finer details (leader development, capturing institutional knowledge).
