Why should you conduct an employee survey?

 

You probably know engaging with employees is positively linked to their performance, job satisfaction, and commitment to your company--but it’s not always easy to know how you should go about it. 

 

That’s where we come in. We provide well designed and distributed surveys that allow you to connect with employees directly by asking them for valuable input. The feedback you get from these surveys can be used to develop goals to improve your organization and employee engagement initiatives. 

 

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • 1-2 hour initial meeting with us to determine areas of interest for the survey

  • 2 iterative drafts of the survey, on which your leadership team can provide feedback

  • Distribution of the survey to up to 200 people

  • Survey results presented in aggregate in a detailed report, using statistical analysis as appropriate

  • 1-2 hour debriefing meeting in which we provide our recommendations to you, based on the survey results
